1. Engagement & Dedicated Pod Delivery
SiPro Technologies delivers managed engineering pods consisting of senior software architects, frontend specialists, and cloud DevOps leads. Sprints are conducted on a bi-weekly cadence with continuous code delivery into client-owned repositories.
2. Intellectual Property (IP) Ownership
100% Client Ownership: All bespoke source code, microservice schemas, deployment manifests, and architectural documentation authored under paid retainers are the exclusive intellectual property of the Client upon settlement of associated invoices.
3. Invoicing, 18% GST & Tax Settlement
All retainer fees are invoiced monthly in advance with statutory 18% Goods and Services Tax (GST) applied for Indian entities. B2B clients receive formal tax invoices specifying their GSTIN for seamless input tax credit reconciliation.
4. 99.9% Cloud SLA & Incident Response
Enterprise pods with 24/7 on-call riders maintain a 15-minute response SLA for critical P0 incidents, supported by redundant multi-region Kubernetes failover.
